Special check-in instructions
Access is by speedboat from Velana International Airport, about 20–30 minutes. Transfers are arranged by the resort; please share your flight details at least 2 days before arrival so seats can be scheduled. A resort representative will meet you on arrival and assist with the onward transfer.
Please present a photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in, and advise your expected arrival time in advance.

Christmas Eve (December 24) gala dinner per adult: USD 330; per child (4–11 years): USD 165.
New Year’s Eve (December 31) gala dinner per adult: USD 400; per child (4–11 years): USD 200.
Additional fee for children (12–17 years): USD 185 per person, per stay; this covers mandatory transfer fees for guests aged 12–17.
Optional extras
Airport transfers by speedboat are arranged by the property and may be included in some rate plans; when not included, transfers are available for an extra charge.
