Payment schedule: For stays from 11 Jan – 23 Dec, full payment is due 30 days before arrival. For the Festive Season (24 Dec – 10 Jan), a 30% non‑refundable deposit is charged within 14 days of confirmation, with the remaining balance due at least 60 days before arrival. Special offers may carry their own terms.
Non‑refundable rates: Must be prepaid in full at booking; no changes or refunds.
Booking guarantee: The resort may release the booking without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. All cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the resort’s reservations email.
Deposit at check‑in: A guaranteed deposit by cash or credit card is required for incidentals and will be released on check‑out if unused.
Taxes & fees: Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 17% GST, and a Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night.
ID & card verification: Guests are required to present photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking at check‑in; the resort may contact the cardholder for verification.
Age requirement: Guests under 18 years can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Cancellation
Standard (11 Jan – 23 Dec): Full payment due 30 days before arrival. 50% of room rate charged for cancellations 30–16 days prior; 100% for 15 days or less. No-shows and early departures charged 100% of room rate (plus applicable transfer charges).
Festive Season (24 Dec – 10 Jan): 30% non‑refundable deposit within 14 days of confirmation; full balance due at least 60 days before arrival. Cancellations 61+ days before arrival forfeit the 30% deposit; 60 days or less charged 100% of room rate. No‑shows charged 100% (plus applicable transfer charges).

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under 12 years may share with two adults (existing bedding) for an additional charge per child per night; same meal plan as parents. During Festive Season, a higher charge applies.
Configuration of 3 adults + 1 child is only possible if the child (<12) shares the king bed with parents; the 3rd adult must select an extra bed (surcharge).
Baby cots are complimentary and available on request; extra beds and cribs are subject to availability.

Special check-in instructions
Guests must transfer via domestic airplane or seaplane; contact the resort at least 72 hours before travel using the details on your booking confirmation.
Front desk hours are 06:00–23:00; after-hours check-in is not available.
Guests are required to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in, and inform the resort of the expected arrival time in advance. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
