A mandatory shared seaplane transfer applies (about 35 minutes each way) and operates during daylight hours. Provide flight details in advance (typically 4–7 days) so the resort can schedule your transfers. Transfer charges are payable to the resort and are not included in room rates.
Rates are subject to service charge and GST, plus the Green Tax (USD 12 per person per night) (children under 2 are exempt under current regulations).

Special check-in instructions
Access is by seaplane from Velana International Airport; the journey takes about 35 minutes and operates during daylight hours. A resort representative meets you on arrival in Malé and assists with the onward transfer. Share your international flight details in advance (typically 4–7 days prior) so seats can be arranged.
Standard seaplane baggage allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is chargeable and may travel on a later flight. Present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking at check‑in. Minimum check‑in age is 21.

You need to know
Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property and should contact the property at least 72 hours before travel using the booking confirmation details.
To guarantee transfers, provide flight details at least 4 days before arrival; daily seaplane services typically operate between 9:10 AM and 3:30 PM and daylight hours only.
Guests arriving or departing outside operating hours are advised to overnight in Malé or Hulhumalé.
Luggage in excess of 20 kg per person (plus 5 kg hand carry) may incur fees payable to the seaplane company during check‑in; seaplane fees are settled at check‑out.
Government‑issued photo identification and a credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required at check‑in for incidental charges.
