Rates are per person, per way, subject to 28.7% service charge and GST, and operate during daylight hours. Under‑2s travel free on a guardian’s lap. Excess baggage is chargeable at a published per‑kg rate.
Rates are subject to applicable taxes/service charges, including the Green Tax (USD 12 per person per night) (children under 2 are exempt under current regulations).
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card; the resort may pre‑authorize prior to arrival. Government photo ID is required at check‑in.
Cancellation

Special check-in instructions
Access is by seaplane from Malé; flights operate during daylight hours. Share your international flight details in advance (ideally ≥ 3 days) so seats can be arranged; last‑minute bookings may be subject to availability. A resort representative will escort you to the seaplane terminal on arrival.
Standard seaplane baggage allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess may be charged and carried on a later flight. Please present a photo ID and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking; the property may contact the cardholder for verification.
Please advise your expected arrival time in advance so transfers can be coordinated.

Seaplane services operate during daylight hours only, shared transfers are typically scheduled within two hours of check‑in and may include a short en‑route stop.
