A mandatory transfer is required. For stays between 24 Dec 2024–31 Oct 2025: Seaplane round-trip charges are USD 680 per adult (12+) and USD 340 per child (2–11.99). A private speedboat option is listed at USD 6000 (subject to confirmation by the resort).
Transfers must be booked in addition to room reservations and arranged at least 3 days prior to arrival. Evening arrivals are routed via domestic flight + speedboat as available.
Rates are subject to service charge, GST, and the Green Tax (USD 12 per person per night from Jan 1, 2025; children under 2 are exempt under current regulations).
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card; the hotel may pre-authorize prior to arrival. Government photo ID is required at check-in. Group bookings of 9+ rooms may have additional policies.

The resort spans two islands: the family island Rangali-Finolhu welcomes children; the adults island Rangali does not permit under-16s to stay in its water villas (except the 2 Bedroom Rangali Ocean Pavilion).

Special check-in instructions
Resort access is by seaplane (about 30 minutes) during daylight hours; for evening arrivals a domestic flight + speedboat option may be arranged. Please contact the resort at least 3 days before arrival to arrange transfers and provide your flight details; keep your booking confirmation ready and advise your expected arrival time.
On arrival at Malé, the resort team will assist with check-in to the onward transfer. Transfer fees are added to your resort bill.
Guests must present a photo ID and a credit card at check-in.
