Since Dhangethi is reached by public ferry or speedboat from Malé, onward transport should be arranged before travel. A valid passport or government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in.

Fees
Taxes & service charges: Stays in the Maldives are generally subject to a 10% service charge and Tourism Goods & Services Tax (TGST). For tourism-sector services such as accommodation and most extras, TGST is currently 17% following the nationwide increase effective in 2025.
