Kudhi Boli Beach House, an eight bedroom property located at the beachfront of Dolphin Beach (Eastern Beach / Bikini Beach), owned by a Thulusdhoo local family, opened in 2021 and has become one of the top rated tourism service providers in the region.

Experiences
Thulusdhoo located in the North Male’ Atoll region may be significantly close to the capital city Male’ compared to the majority of inhabited islands in the Maldives, however it does not exempt the island from the beautiful marine ecosystem of the Maldives. While some reef patches are still pumping with wildlife, most of the house-reefs and marine habitats have been bleached or damaged due to the busy channels and urban development within the region.

Children and extra beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
When using an available extra bed, indicative charges may apply at around USD 15 per night for ages 3–9, USD 25 per night for ages 10–14, and USD 30 per night for ages 15–17. Cot availability should be confirmed directly with the property before booking.

Special check-in instructions

Fees
Green Tax is charged at USD 3 per person, per night.
Optional extras
Speedboat transfers are not included in the room rate and cost USD 25 per person, payable directly in cash.
Late check-out after 6:00 PM is charged at 100% of the room rate.
Card payments collected for third-party services such as transfers, excursions, or cafés incur an additional 20%, including 16% TGST and 4% bank charges.
Buggy transfers, boat transfers, and private airport transfers can also be arranged.

Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out until 6:00 PM may be provided on a complimentary basis, subject to availability.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival are exempt from cancellation charges.
No pets are allowed.
Only registered guests may use the hotel facilities unless the host gives permission.
Guests are expected to follow local island rules, including using designated tourist beaches for bikinis or other swimwear.
Guests should inform the property before leaving the island for day trips, excursions, or snorkeling for safety reasons.
