Check‑in / Check‑out. Check‑in starts at 14:00 (partners may list check‑in until midnight); check‑out is before 12:00 (noon). Partners also note a minimum check‑in age of 18.
ID & incidentals. Government‑issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check‑in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check‑in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Payments. Partner policies state the property accepts credit cards and debit cards (and may list cash as not accepted). Accepted card brands listed by partners include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB International, and the resort FAQ also lists Maestro and UnionPay.
Mandatory fee (partner-listed; subject to change). City tax: USD 12.00 per person, per night (not applicable to children under 2).
Pets. No pets or service animals are allowed.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type, dates, and rate/booking channel. Some rates may be fully refundable if cancelled within the stated deadline; always follow the exact cancellation terms shown on your booking confirmation/voucher.

Special check-in instructions
Transfers are required. Hideaway is reached by air transfer from Velana International Airport (Malé). The resort team can meet you in the arrivals hall (counter C15) and assist with onward transfer by domestic flight (~50 minutes) plus speedboat (~15–20 minutes), or by seaplane (~75 minutes).
Advance details needed. Partner policies advise contacting the resort at least 72 hours before travel, and the resort’s transfer guide also requests international flight details and full passport details for all travelers to be submitted to the resort reservations team in advance (e.g., at least 15 days prior) to arrange transfers smoothly.

Taxes & mandatory charges (Maldives):
Tourism GST (TGST): 17% applies from 1 July 2025 (time-of-supply rules apply).
Green Tax: USD 12 per person per day at tourist resorts from 1 Jan 2025; children under 2 are exempt.
Festive season (mandatory charges): 24 Dec 2025 Christmas Gala Supplement: USD 250 per extra adult / USD 125 per child (6–11.99); under 6 complimentary. 31 Dec 2025 New Year Gala Supplement: USD 450 per extra adult / USD 125 per child (6–11.99); under 6 complimentary.
Tip: confirm the final invoice at booking, as taxes/policies and festive supplements can change.
Optional extras
Transfers: choose domestic flight + shared speedboat, or seaplane (shared) at booking.
Private jet arrivals: transfers can be arranged via Velana or Maafaru airports (options may include charter and/or yacht depending on arrival airport).
Meal plans: breakfast, half board, full board, and the White Platinum all-inclusive plan; upgrades can be requested on arrival.
Babysitting: available 24/7 (charges apply).

Check-in / check-out: check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out before 12:00 PM (subject to rate/availability).
Traveller Declaration (IMUGA): submit online within 96 hours before your arrival flight time.
Seaplane timing: seaplanes operate only in daylight hours; plan international flights accordingly (arrive 06:00–15:30 / depart 08:50–18:00).
Seaplane baggage: shared seaplane allowance is 20kg checked + 5kg hand luggage per person; excess baggage is charged per seaplane policy.
