Airport transfers are available by shared speedboat (~75 minutes) or seaplane (~25 minutes plus a short speedboat connection). Return shared speedboat transfer fees are typically USD 250 per adult and USD 125 per child (2–11 years). Transfers must be arranged in advance; the resort will contact you after booking to organize timing.
Stay is subject to a Green Tax of USD 12 per person, per night (children under 2 years exempt). Festive dinners may be charged separately—for example, USD 200 per adult / USD 100 per child on 24 Dec, and USD 250 per adult / USD 125 per child on 31 Dec.
A refundable security deposit of USD 100 per accommodation, per stay may be collected at check‑in. The property accepts credit cards, debit cards and cash.
Minimum check‑in age is 18. Pets are not allowed. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur charges.
