Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via a domestic flight to Kaadedhdhoo (KDM) followed by a 15–20‑minute speedboat. Provide flight details at least 96 hours before arrival to secure seats. Standard transfer hours are 06:00–18:00. Contact the resort for baggage restrictions and current transfer pricing.
Bills are subject to Maldives taxes and fees, including the Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night (children under 2 are exempt from 1 January 2025) and Tourism GST (TGST) 17% effective 1 July 2025, plus applicable service charge.
When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Special requests are not guaranteed and may incur charges.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate plan and dates. Flexible rates may be cancelled until the deadline shown on your confirmation, while advance purchase offers can be non‑refundable. No‑show and early departure charges may apply according to the booked plan.

Extra bed (12+ years): approximately USD 134 per person, per night — on request and subject to availability and villa type.

Special check-in instructions
The resort is accessible via a domestic flight to Kaadedhdhoo (KDM) from Velana International Airport (MLE), followed by a 15–20‑minute speedboat to the island. Typical flight time is about 55 minutes, then speedboat to the resort.
Please send arrival and departure flight details at least 96 hours before arrival so transfers can be confirmed. Standard transfer hours are 06:00–18:00; schedules are subject to operational/flight changes.
Guests are required to present a government‑issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking at check‑in.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person per night is charged at resorts and children under 2 years old at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST (TGST): 16% applies until 30 June 2025 and 17% applies from 1 July 2025; resort rates, transfers and supplements are typically subject to TGST and a 10% service charge.
Airport transfers (mandatory, payable at the property): The resort is reached by domestic flight + speedboat arranged by the property. Current published charges list USD 490 per adult round‑trip and USD 380 per child (2–11) round‑trip.
Festive supplements (mandatory if staying on the night): Christmas Eve (24 December) USD 150 per adult and USD 50 per child (5–11). New Year’s Eve (31 December) USD 350 per adult and USD 120 per child (5–11).
Optional extras
Spa & wellness: The island spa offers massages, facials, body treatments and relaxation facilities at additional cost.
Dive & water sports centre: PADI dive centre and water sports provide snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing and motorised activities such as jet ski; excursions and courses are available for a fee.
Private experiences: Destination dining, dolphin safaris and boat trips can be arranged at extra charge.
