Bills are subject to prevailing taxes and fees including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night (children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025) and Tourism GST (TGST 17% effective 1 July 2025; previously 16%).
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane or speedboat, operate on fixed schedules and daylight hours, and require flight details at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Transfer charges are payable to the resort and are subject to change.
Guests must present a valid passport and a matching payment card at check‑in. Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate plan and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline shown on your confirmation; advance purchase or promotional offers may be non‑refundable. For no‑show or early departure, charges may apply according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds

Cribs (0–2 years): complimentary on request, subject to availability.
Extra bed (2 years and older): approximately USD 121 per person, per night on request and subject to room type and availability.

Special check-in instructions
Guests reach the island by shared seaplane (about 35 minutes) or shared speedboat (about 2 hours 30 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Please send flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so transfers can be confirmed.
Seaplanes typically operate during daylight hours with service windows noted by the carriers around 07:00–15:30, while speedboats operate 06:00–16:00 with common departures around 11:00 and 17:00. Wait times may occur depending on weather and international flight schedules. A photo ID and the credit card used for booking may be requested at check‑in.
Typical baggage allowance on seaplanes is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess will be charged by the operator and may travel later. Transfer charges are payable to the resort and are subject to change (for example, shared speedboat returns from USD 210 adult / USD 105 child and shared seaplane returns from USD 478 adult / USD 300 child for stays to 31 Oct 2025; with revised rates from 1 Nov 2025).

Fees
Green Tax. USD 12 per person per night is charged at resorts from 1 January 2025, with children under 2 years at check‑in exempt.
Tourism GST (TGST) & service charge. TGST is 16% until 30 June 2025 and 17% from 1 July 2025; a 10% service charge typically applies to resort services.
Airport transfers (mandatory, payable at the property). Round‑trip transfers are required to reach the island. Seaplane (daylight hours): Adult USD 484, Child 2–11.99 USD 305 (for stays 1 Nov 2025–31 Oct 2026, subject to change). Speedboat (approx. 2 hr 30 min): Adult USD 210, Child 2–11 USD 105 (round‑trip).
Festive supplements (mandatory if staying on the night). Christmas Eve (24 December) gala dinner: Adult USD 120, Child 2–11 USD 60. New Year’s Eve (31 December) gala dinner: Adult USD 148, Child 2–11 USD 74.
Optional extras
Spa. Over‑water spa offering massages, facials, wraps and beauty treatments; charges apply.
Diving & watersports. The resort’s dive centre offers courses and guided dives; the watersports centre provides activities such as jet ski, kayaking, windsurfing and snorkelling; all at additional cost.
Private experiences. Destination dining, boat excursions and sunset cruises are available on request for an extra charge.
