Transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane (~35 minutes), operating during daylight hours. Provide flight details in advance to secure seats. If your international flight departs before 09:00, an overnight in Malé may be required.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025. Additional GST/service charges may apply according to your rate inclusions.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate, room type and dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable.

Special check-in instructions
Guests reach the island by seaplane (about 35 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Seaplanes operate during daylight hours; international arrivals should land by ~15:00 and departures are recommended from 09:00 or later.
Please share your flight details in advance so the resort can secure seats and coordinate timing. Waiting times may occur; you will be hosted in the seaplane lounge until boarding.
A government‑issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking may be requested at check‑in. Promotional inclusions and seasonal policies (e.g., gala dinners) are subject to the resort’s terms.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person per night is collected at the resort and children under 2 years old at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST: Tourism GST on qualifying services is 16% until 30 June 2025 and 17% from 1 July 2025; resort rates and supplements are typically subject to GST and service charge.
Seaplane transfer (round‑trip, resort‑arranged): USD 575 per adult and USD 288 per child (2–12), payable at the property.
Festive gala dinners: Christmas Eve (24 December) USD 350 per adult and USD 175 per child (4–12); New Year’s Day (1 January) USD 600 per adult and USD 300 per child (4–12).

You need to know
Transfers: Guests must travel by floatplane and provide flight details in advance so seats can be confirmed; seaplanes operate from sunrise to sunset, with same‑day arrivals recommended to land by about 15:30 and departures from 09:00 onward.
Baggage: Typical seaplane allowance is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is usually charged at about USD 5 per kg and individual bags over 32 kg are not accepted; infants have no baggage allowance.
Check‑in/Check‑out: Check‑in from 14:00 and check‑out by 12:00; government‑issued ID and a payment card may be required for incidentals.
