Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. Crib (on request): about USD 6 per child per night. Extra bed (on request): about USD 80 per child per night (ages 2–14) and USD 160 per person per night (15+). All requests are subject to availability and room occupancy limits; fees are paid during the stay.

Special check-in instructions
Access is arranged by the resort via a seaplane transfer (~40 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Seaplanes operate during daylight hours (about 06:00–18:00), with the last departure usually around 16:00. If your international arrival cannot connect, a domestic flight to Madivaru + short speedboat is available (day and night).
On arrival, after immigration and customs, proceed to Crown & Champa Resorts booth B9. A representative assists with TMA check‑in and a short bus ride to the TMA seaplane lounge (typical wait 1–2 hours before departure).
Luggage allowance on seaplane: 20 kg checked + 5 kg carry‑on per person; excess is chargeable (plus GST). Provide your international flight details in advance so seats can be secured and schedules coordinated.
For safety and privacy, drones are not permitted during the stay.

Fees
Green Tax: USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 years exempt from 1 January 2025.
Tourism GST (TGST): 17% applies to tourism services from 1 July 2025, plus 10% service charge; taxes are added to rates and on‑island purchases.
Transfers: Seaplane return transfer approximately USD 400 per adult and USD 205 per child (ages 2–11); domestic flight plus boat return approximately USD 295 per adult and USD 226 per child; an additional transfer fee applies for guests aged 13–17 of USD 380 per stay; amounts are subject to change and applicable taxes.
Festive dinners: Mandatory on 24 December (USD 150 per adult, USD 75 per child ages 3–14) and 31 December (USD 240 per adult, USD 120 per child ages 3–14).

Spa: Duniye Spa treatments are offered at both over‑water and land spa locations.
Diving & snorkelling: Prodivers PADI 5★ centre provides courses and daily dive or snorkel trips.
Golf: A 6‑hole par‑3 course with driving range and putting green is available, with private lessons on request.
Activities & dining: Watersports, excursions and private dining experiences are available for an extra charge.
You need to know
Transfers required: Reachable by seaplane or by domestic flight plus boat; flights operate during daylight hours; provide international flight details in advance for scheduling; guests arriving too late for same‑day seaplane may need an overnight in Malé or Hulhumalé.
Luggage limits: 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage per person on the seaplane; excess baggage is chargeable and, on busy days, bags may travel on a later flight.
Check‑in / check‑out: Check‑in 14:00–16:00, check‑out before 12:00; government‑issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required for incidentals.
