Komandoo is situated in the Lhaviyani Atoll, a scenic 40-minute seaplane experience from Velana International Airport, Male’ or a comfortable 35-minute domestic flight from to Madivaru Airport followed by a speedboat transfer to the resort.

Standard check‑in is 14:00 and check‑out is 12:00. Early check‑in/late check‑out are subject to availability and may incur fees.
Airport transfers are arranged by the resort via seaplane (~40 minutes, daylight hours only); a domestic flight to Madivaru + speedboat can be arranged where available. Provide flight details ≥ 3 days prior to arrival to coordinate scheduling.
At check‑in, guests may be asked to present a photo ID and the credit card used for booking; selected rates may require pre‑payment.
Bills are subject to prevailing taxes including the Maldives Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night; children under 2 at check‑in are exempt from 1 January 2025.
Cancellation
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary by rate/room type and travel dates. Flexible rates allow cancellation until the deadline stated on your confirmation; advance purchase/promotional offers may be non‑refundable. For no‑show or early departure, the reservation may be charged in full according to the booked plan.
Children and extra beds
This is an adults‑only resort. Children are not allowed and the minimum age for check‑in is 18.

Special check-in instructions
Access is arranged by the resort via a seaplane transfer (about 40 minutes) from Velana International Airport (MLE). Seaplanes operate during daylight hours; the last departures are usually scheduled by ~17:00 and check‑in closes by 16:30.
Upon arrival in Malé, after clearing immigration and customs, proceed to the Crown & Champa Resorts Booth B9 where a representative assists with seaplane check‑in and lounge arrangements.
A domestic flight to Madivaru with a speedboat connection can also be arranged; domestic services are scheduled to synchronise with international flights and may operate day and night.
Please share your international flight details at least 3 days in advance so seats can be secured and timings coordinated. Baggage allowance for seaplane is typically 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is chargeable and may be transported on a later flight.
For safety and privacy, the use of drones by guests is prohibited. A photo ID and the credit card used for booking may be requested at check‑in.

Green Tax: USD 12 per person, per night; children under 2 years are exempt effective 1 January 2025.
TGST: 17% applies to tourism services for supplies with time of supply on or after 1 July 2025.
Seaplane transfer (roundtrip): USD 400 per adult; collected by the resort at check‑in/check‑out.
Festive gala dinners: Mandatory on 24 December and 31 December; recent published charges include USD 150 per adult (Christmas Eve) and USD 240 per adult around New Year; amounts are added to the room bill.

Spa: Duniye Spa offers signature treatments, couples’ rituals, and wellness therapies; charges apply and reservations are recommended.
Diving: On‑site Prodivers PADI 5* dive centre offers courses, house‑reef dives and daily boat dives; equipment rental and nitrox available for certified divers.
Water sports: Non‑motorised activities such as catamaran sailing, windsurfing, stand‑up paddleboarding and kayaking are available; additional activities can be arranged on request.

Baggage: Standard allowance is 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand luggage per person; excess is typically charged at USD 5 per kg; single bags must not exceed 32 kg.
